Development and Marketing Manager
DDH seeks a committed, creative, and self-motivated Development and Marketing Manager who leads both our fundraising work and our community building work, cultivating volunteers into donors and community members into ongoing supporters. Their priority will be to increase organizational revenue (through community engagement, cultivating individual giving, and grant writing) and to enhance support for the organization in the community. One thing that makes DDH unique is our 30+ year history of volunteer cultivation and community support, combined with city-supported funding and staffing. The combination of community support and public funding magnify the impact we have to serve people experiencing homelessness, and this position serves at the nexus of community support and funding support.
